At Carol Matheys Center for Children and Families our staff are chosen for their education, experience and enthusiasm in working with children.
In addition they exhibit the following characteristics:

An ability to nurture and communicate with children
An awareness of children's
needs and the ability to meet them
A commitment to communicate with and support each family in the program

All staff members are CPR and First Aid certified and must meet or exceed the State of Minnesota Department of Human Services Guidelines.
